How to Use the Calculator

Mode 1: Duration Between Two Points

This mode is for finding the length of a single, continuous event.

1. Select the "Duration Between Two Points" option.
2. Enter the exact Start Date and Start Time.
3. Enter the End Date and End Time.
4. Click "Calculate Duration" to see a detailed breakdown of the time that elapsed between these two points.

Mode 2: Add / Subtract Durations

This mode is perfect for totaling time from multiple, separate tasks or events.

1. Select the "Add / Subtract Durations" option.
2. For each time segment, use the dropdown to choose an operation (Add '+' or Subtract '-') and enter the duration in hours, minutes, and/or seconds.
3. Use the "+ Add Duration" button to add more rows if needed.
4. Click "Calculate Duration" to get the sum (or difference) of all entered time durations.
